Return & Exchange Policy

Order Cancellation

If you change your mind, we are happy to cancel your order and provide a full refund—provided the order has not yet been dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible through our Contact page or by emailing houseofhaneen@gmail.com, clearly stating your order number and your reason for cancellation.

If your order has already been dispatched, you may still return the item within 14 days, provided it is brand new, unopened, and in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened perfumes or damaged packaging.


Returning Items for an Exchange

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not in love with the perfume you've chosen, you can return it (as long as it's unopened and in its original condition) and place a new order for something else of equal value. Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges—simply return the item and reorder the one you prefer.


Returning Faulty or Damaged Items

We carefully inspect all orders before dispatch, but if you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us at houseofhaneen@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your name, order number, and a brief description (plus photos, if possible) of the issue, and a member of our Customer Care Team will assist you promptly.


Receiving an Incorrect Item

If you’ve received an incorrect item by mistake, we sincerely apologise. Please email us at houseofhaneen@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
